Little Ladies Program & Little Ladies Club
We believe leaders can be developed at a young age. Our Little Ladies Workshops help to build strong, insightful, respectful and well-rounded little girls. The program presents a healthy balance between pride and self-worth and teaches the Little Ladies to value themselves and recognize positive and negative messages they receive regarding their self-worth. Our Little Ladies learn age appropriate social graces, poise and the etiquette required to open doors and take her to the next level. Above all, each little lady learns that she is destined for greatness in all that she does.
Teen Leadership Program & Teen Excellence Training Course
We recognize the importance of preparing teen girls to lead healthy, productive, and fulfilling lives. This program offers comprehensive risk reduction and leadership programming targeted towards at risk girls. The Teen Leadership program seeks to:
Increase high school graduation rates
Increase knowledge and exposure to future professional and academic options
Reduce teen pregnancy rates
Increase understanding of building healthy relationships, and
Provide the polish and leadership training and development necessary to aide teen girls to fulfill their destiny.
Young Women's Leadership Program & Personal Branding
We are passionate about young women and moving them forward. The Young Women's Leadership Training Workshops offers the opportunity to transform young women who may not have had leadership training or development in the past. Young Women are encouraged to reach their full potential in their personal, professional and spiritual lives.
This program aims to develop future business leaders by giving young women access to mentors that support their goals. These workshops include leadership training for critical social, emotional and academic skills necessary to succeed in school, their careers and life.
