ELBD created Lipgloss Chats as an open forum for girls between the ages of 11-15 years old to have a place to discuss issues that affect them on a daily basis. Our bi-weekly calls are used to help to encourage girls, answer questions and to build self-esteem and awareness. Our Tween & Teen Ambassadors along with our ELBD Team manage the calls to ensure a safe, productive and respectful discussion. Lipgloss Chats is a "judgement free zone" and is open to non-ELBD members. Know a tween or teen girl who could benefit from Lipgloss Chats? No problem. Have her dial-in.
