Denell Parker, Executive Director
Denell Parker is the Founder & Executive Director of Exquisite Ladies by Design, Inc. (ELBD) specializes in business development; business proposal writing and orals coaching; event story boarding; marketing and advertising; events planning; etiquette and protocol instruction, debutante and pageant coaching; and teen and young women's leadership training. Ms. Parker is a professional life skills consultant with the City of Newport News (Virginia) Department of Juvenile Services where she runs a leadership development program for troubled teen girls.
Ms. Parker has a Masters in Business Administration, Human Resource Management with a focus on Employee & Labor Relations; and a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in management, and an Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts from Saint Leo University.
Danielle Glover, Little Ladies & Teen Leadership Instructor
Ms. Glover has served in the United States Navy and came to ELBD as a volunteer due to her desire to work with young people and to give back to her community. Ms. Glover loves to teach Finance and Money Management to our program participants to express the importance and value of managing, saving, investing and respecting money.
Ms. Glover has a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting from Saint Leo University.

Kaitlyn Crosby, Teen & Young Women's Ambassador
Kaitlyn is a Sophmore at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland. She is interested in art and political science. Kaitlyn is an advocate for voter registration and encourages all youth to exercise their right to vote.
Kaitlyn is a ELBD Teen Leadership & Young Women's Ambassador. She has completed the Teen Leadership Program and has begun the Young Women's Leadership program. Kaitlyn encourages other teen girls and young college students to engage and become more involved in their community. Her community involvement includes voter registration, working with the homeless and her church ministries.
